Frequently Asked questions

Frequently Asked questions

(FAQ)

(FAQ)

1. Is NEW DAWN suitable if I’ve never attended a wellness event before?
Yes, especially if it’s your first.
NEW DAWN is intentionally designed to feel welcoming, not intimidating. You do not need prior experience, flexibility, or a certain fitness level. Sessions offer accessible options, and you are always free to move at your own pace.
You may fill your schedule or leave space for rest. There is no pressure to perform — this weekend is about listening to yourself.

2. Is this more yoga-focused or broader wellness?
NEW DAWN brings together both. Yoga forms an important foundation, alongside movement classes, breathwork, strength sessions, sound journeys, and mindful experiences. Final schedule will be released at a later time.
Unlike a fixed retreat schedule, you curate your own experience. Come as you are. Join what calls you. Rest when you need.
Our teachers will also be staying onsite, creating natural opportunities for connection and conversation throughout the weekend.

3. Can I attend alone?
Absolutely. Many guests attend solo. Shared meals, open spaces, and group sessions create natural opportunities to connect.
If you would like to book a twin-sharing ticket and be paired with another same-gender participant, please email iwanttostay@theanmon.com or whatsapp +62 811-772-512 prior to booking and our team will assist accordingly.
