The pool is impressively large and perfect for running. Restaurant food is enjoyable, with the Sotong Bakar and Tom Yum standing out. Missed it already! The teepees are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax, and it’s great that most corners have power points. As the teepees are close together and not sound-proof, it might not be ideal if you prefer a more private setting, as both sides can hear each other. One of the highlights was the service from Dimas, who works in the restaurant. He was amazing; genuinely warm, sincere, and clearly passionate about what he does. He served us both nights and even personally delivered our room service to our teepee. He regularly checked in on us during our meals but also gave us space to enjoy them. It’s really nice to see someone take so much pride and care in their work. His kindness and genuine personality truly made the experience feel special. The food at The Compass Rose is lovely and authentically Indonesian. The sotong is a must-order; it arrives still smoking, with a wonderful charcoaled flavour that’s absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a memorable experience, with the beautiful ambience of the setting, made even better by the wonderful staff and enjoyable food.Posted on tiku purwowiratnoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Honestly, it gives you a totally unique experience that no other resort I’ve been to even comes close to. The key is to go with the right mindset: you are going for a stay in a super luxurious tent, basically a fancy camping trip—what they call "glamping." You get all the creature comforts like a great air conditioning unit, comfy beds, a spacious shower room, and useful amenities like a kettle, hair dryer, and a fridge. Plus, they have an on-call buggy service that comes right to your door whenever you need a lift, which is super convenient. Just a heads-up, if you really need a TV, a bathtub, or air-conditioned hallways connecting everything, you might be happier staying at a regular hotel. I was actually surprised by how efficient the service was. For instance, the room service was really speedy. The front desk communicates with guests using WhatsApp, and their replies were always prompt. It felt modern and very hassle-free. Right inside the resort area, you can get most of your water activities sorted at the Treasure Bay Bintan Activity Centre. You can book everything (even SPA) right at the resort's front counter, and they’ll send a buggy to drop you off exactly where you need to be. You could walk, but trust me, save that energy for having a blast at the lagoon! For food, there's only one main restaurant inside the ANMON area, but there is another option nearby over at the Marriott Resort area, which is just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet at ANMON was adequate. Do note that there is absolutely no convenience store inside the resort. If you need to grab something small, you have to book a taxi and head out, so make sure you pack essentials / snacks you might need! The ATV riding at the resort is pretty safe, mainly because the track is flat. This makes it perfect if you have younger children or are looking for a gentle family activity. However, if you're an adult looking for a high-thrill, muddy trail kind of ATV fun, you'll need to look outside the resort and book with a different provider. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic time at ANMON. The only real downside we found is that it might not be the best choice if you are traveling with elderly family members. The rooms don't have proper chairs—just bean bags and low stools—and there aren't many activities specifically suited for seniors. But for everyone else, it’s a brilliant, memorable stay.Posted on Low jcTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was my first glamping experience in Bintan and it turned out to be an incredibly satisfying one. The resort’s room and bathroom are spacious, and the resort’s pool is unbelievably huge. It full of fun activities and perfect for relaxation. And ….. one of the most important things is to thank to Mell, Joiss and Lusi Febriana for their outstanding and professional service to our company. Although we faced a number of issues throughout the trip, they always responded immediately and were extremely patient with all the questions we asked. They consistently stood from the customer’s point of view and helped us resolve everything smoothly. I always believe that excellent customer service is the key to a hotel’s success. Please continue the wonderful work you are doing, and I look forward to seeing you all again. Take care!
