What time is check-in / check-out?
Check in to our world of wanderlust at 3pm, and check out at 11am.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the resort. Don’t hesitate to approach our friendly staff for assistance, or check out our 24/7 Digital Concierge service for help!
Is there a safe in every room?
The safety of our guests’ belongings is one of our top priorities. Every room includes a safe for all your valuables, so that you may immerse yourself in our desert experience with peace of mind.
Is Reception open 24 hours?
Yes. Receptions is open 24 hours, our Digital Concierge service is open 24/7.
Do the rates include breakfast?
Our rates are inclusive of daily breakfast.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Each deluxe teepee-style glamping tent contains a fully air-conditioned room. Do note that the enclosed patio and en-suite bathroom are not air-conditioned.
Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel?
As much as we like our furry friends, pets are not allowed on the premises.
What is the hotel’s smoking policy?
In the spirit of inclusivity, ANMON welcomes all who imbibe in smoking. Do note that smoking is only permitted in designated areas, and is not allowed in our teepees.

Can I book rooms for a party/ event/ gathering?
ANMON’s spacious compound includes 2 fully equipped Event Domes – the ideal indulgence for your celebration. From birthdays to weddings and corporate retreats, it’s the perfect place to bring your tribe together.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be given in writing at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.
For promotional rates, do note that a non-refundable policy applies. In the event of any cancellation, modification or no-shows for the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Does ANMON have any additional safety measures in place?
ANMON places our guests' safety as a top priority. We have cameras surrounding our tents, and security staff has also been deployed to conduct regular patrols of our premises, 24/7.
